We’re looking for a Component Planner who’ll be responsible for ensuring successful component supply in the factory.

You’ll be part of the Signify Factory Supply Chain team in our newly created Digital Solutions Factory in Pila, whose main responsibility is to sustain highly excellent processes in supply chain from end-to-end to provide world class service and ensure high customer satisfaction, so agility and ability to manage complexity must be in your DNA. 

What you’ll do

  • You ensure availability of the components necessary to complete customer orders in accordance with established lead time and maintain continuity of production
  • You calculate order requirements in terms of supply provision, short/long term flexibility, delivery times, order magnitude, order terms.
  • You drive root cause analysis and corrective actions on delivery reliability of suppliers – GSRS, lead times (including reduction), order (re-) confirmations to improve component availability.
  • You actively drive health of component inventory up by regularly updating/analyzing component stocking strategy.
  • You maintain SAP parameter and logistics views, and perform various data analysis and supply chain related reporting tasks

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field (supply chain in manufacturing environment)
  • Knowledge of calculation and planning methods
  • Analytical skills and proactive attitude in problem solving
  • MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel)
  • Experience in SAP
  • Being organized and good in time management
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and determination to meet deadlines
  • You have at least intermediate level of English
